background_size=\u00a0\u00bbinitial\u00a0\u00bb background_position=\u00a0\u00bbtop_left\u00a0\u00bb background_repeat=\u00a0\u00bbrepeat\u00a0\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime; global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb custom_padding=\u00a0\u00bb0px|||||\u00a0\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Opportunit\u00e9 de th\u00e8se doctorale : \u00ab \u00c9conomie circulaire et contr\u00f4le de gestion dans les PME \u00bb<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>Universit\u00e9 de Montpellier (France)<\/strong> et le laboratoire <strong>Montpellier Recherche en Management (MRM)<\/strong> recrutent un\u00b7e doctorant\u00b7e (contrat doctoral financ\u00e9 sur 3 ans) \u00e0 partir de <strong>septembre 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Sujet de recherche<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Cette th\u00e8se vise \u00e0 analyser <strong>comment les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le de gestion permettent aux PME \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre leur strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire sont de plus en plus encourag\u00e9es, de nombreuses PME restent encore sur des initiatives fragment\u00e9es telles que la r\u00e9paration, le r\u00e9emploi ou le recyclage.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de recherche \u00e9tudiera comment diff\u00e9rentes <strong>configurations de contr\u00f4le de gestion<\/strong> \u2014 combinant planification, indicateurs de performance, incitations et dispositifs culturels \u2014 peuvent soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement et la coordination de pratiques circulaires.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Environnement de recherche<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le ou la doctorant\u00b7e rejoindra le laboratoire <strong>Montpellier Recherche en Management (<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mrm.edu.umontpellier.fr\/\"><strong>MRM<\/strong><\/a><strong>)<\/strong> et contribuera aux programmes de recherche sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire et la soutenabilit\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s au sein du <a href=\"https:\/\/labex-entreprendre.fr\/\"><strong>Lab Entreprendre<\/strong><\/a> et de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ecocirculab.edu.umontpellier.fr\/\"><strong>Chaire Ecocirculab<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les candidats doivent avoir :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>un <strong>Master en management<\/strong>, comptabilit\u00e9 \/ contr\u00f4le de gestion, entrepreneuriat ou discipline proche ;<\/li>\n<li>un <strong>int\u00e9r\u00eat pour l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire, la soutenabilit\u00e9 et la recherche sur les PME<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>des <strong>comp\u00e9tences en m\u00e9thodes de recherche qualitatives et quantitatives<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>une <strong>bonne ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019anglais<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.27.4&Prime;
