Vers une d\u00e9mocratisation de l\u2019activit\u00e9<\/span>
\nentrepreneuriale en France !<\/span><\/h2>\n

L\u2019\u00e9quipe GEM France (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) du Labex Entreprendre publie le 20 juin 2023 le rapport national sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale en 2022. Malgr\u00e9 une situation g\u00e9opolitique tendue, l\u2019activit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale progresse fortement. Les effets de la crise sanitaire s\u2019effacent et laissent place \u00e0 un contexte porteur. Pour autant, la position de la France au niveau international reste stable.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le Labex Entreprendre (\u00e9quipes de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montpellier et de Montpellier Business School) a men\u00e9 deux \u00e9tudes, l\u2019une aupr\u00e8s de la population de 18 \u00e0 64 ans, l\u2019autre aupr\u00e8s d\u2019experts pour analyser l\u2019activit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale et son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Le rapport formule des propositions \u00e0 l\u2019attention des d\u00e9cideurs politiques afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accompagnement de la dynamique entrepreneuriale et des enjeux soci\u00e9taux (parit\u00e9, jeunesse et d\u00e9veloppement durable).<\/p>\n

Un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me entrepreneurial assez favorable<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Les experts estiment que le contexte entrepreneurial est rest\u00e9 stable entre 2021 et 2022. La France se situe audessus de la moyenne du G7 et occupe la 18\u00e8me place parmi les 51 pays participant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude. Parmi les pays les plus riches, la France se distingue pour le support de l\u2019entrepreneuriat par le gouvernement mais sa position est moins favorable pour la promotion de l\u2019entrepreneuriat au primaire et secondaire.<\/p>\n

Une d\u00e9mocratisation de l\u2019entrepreneuriat<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

L\u2019intention entrepreneuriale (16,9% en 2021 \u00e0 18,8% en 2022) et le total de l\u2019activit\u00e9 entrepreneuriale \u00e9mergente (TAE : 7,7% \u00e0 9,2%) \u00e9voluent favorablement. Au niveau r\u00e9gional, il existe des disparit\u00e9s. Les quatre r\u00e9gions les plus dynamiques en termes de TAE sont PACA (12,63%), Bretagne (9,73%), Ile de France (9,33%) et Auvergne-Rh\u00f4neAlpes (9,33%).<\/p>\n

L\u2019entrepreneuriat f\u00e9minin : un changement de repr\u00e9sentation<\/strong><\/span><\/h5 >\n

Les repr\u00e9sentations vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019entrepreneuriat \u00e9voluent tr\u00e8s favorablement et l\u2019\u00e9cart avec les hommes a tendance \u00e0 se r\u00e9duire. L\u2019intention entrepreneuriale a progress\u00e9, passant de 14,7% \u00e0 18,6%. En revanche, le TAE
\nreste stable (7,1% \u00e0 7,2%) alors qu\u2019il a nettement progress\u00e9 pour les hommes (8,4% \u00e0 11,1%). N\u00e9anmoins, la France reste un des pays o\u00f9 les diff\u00e9rences entre femme et homme sont les plus faibles.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entrepreneuriat des jeunes : faire une diff\u00e9rence dans le monde<\/strong><\/span><\/h5 >\n

Les moins de 35 ans ont une vision plus positive de l\u2019entrepreneuriat en termes de carri\u00e8re souhaitable ou de volont\u00e9 de faire une diff\u00e9rence dans le monde. Le pourcentage des jeunes qui affirment conna\u00eetre des entrepreneurs est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 tout comme le niveau d\u2019intention entrepreneuriale (26,7% vs 14,7%). Le TAE est \u00e9galement beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 (11,4% vs 8%). Parmi les pays du G7, la France se situe toutefois en avant derni\u00e8re position dans l\u2019entrepreneuriat des jeunes.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entrepreneuriat durable : un gap entre intentions et actions<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Il existe un \u00e9cart tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9 entre les intentions et les r\u00e9alisations, \u00e9cart que l\u2019on retrouve dans tous les pays du G7 mais qui est de loin le plus fort en France. Ce gap est bien plus fort chez les entrepreneurs \u00e9mergents que chez les entrepreneurs \u00e9tablis, et plus pr\u00e9sent sur les questions environnementales que les questions sociales.<\/p>\n
